On October 13th, Hong Kong will take on Bhutan in their World Cup Qualifier campaign. In fact, it is an incredibly important away game, and with a victory Hong Kong will continue to stay in the race. Fortunately, there are four options to watch the match live tonight:
OPTION 1:
The Asian Football Confederation (AFC) will broadcast the game live via YouTube (It will not be shown on local TV).
OPTION 2:
The fan club “The Power of Hong Kong” will organize an outdoor screening on the campus of Polytechnic University.
Kick Off: 20:00
Admission: Free
Location: Polytechnic University, Hung Hom (public square in front of the Shaw Amenities Building, also called “VA” core), 5 min. walk from Hung Hom MTR Station (Exit A or D).
There is a 7/11 next to the square, but it is not allowed to consume alcohol on campus.
OPTION 3:
An anonymous group will organize an informal neighbourhood screening at Shek Tong Tsui, close to Hong Kong University.

Admission: Free
Location: Hill Road, Shek Tong Tsui (at the open space underneath the flyover, nearby Clarence Terrace), 2 min. walk from HKU MTR Station (Exit B2)

OPTION 4:
In case you made it all the way to Bhutan (min. daily spending for tourists is about HK$ 2,000), you shouldn’t miss the chance to see the Hong Kong team in one of the most beautiful stadiums in the world: The Changlimithang Stadium in Bhutan’s capital Thimphu is located at 2,900 m above sea level and can accommodate 25,000 people. According to local time, the match will kick off 1 hour earlier at 19:00.
