With a solid 3-1 victory over the Malaysian side Pahang FA, there is no doubt that South China will finish their group in this year’s AFC Cup on top – although there are still two matches left in the group stage. This means no matter how these games will end, the Caroliners will host the one-legged Round of 16 match on May 26th, for which they will either take on Persipura Jayapura (Indonesia) or Bengaluru FC (India).
