At a sun-drenched and packed out Mong Kok Stadium, Kitchee were crowned league champions of Hong Kong. Kitchee had consistently chased Eastern throughout the year and their grit and determination were rewarded with a 4-1 win that sealed the top spot on the final day of the season.
