With the biggest game of the season thus far taking place last weekend between the league’s top two teams Eastern and Kitchee, there will be a battle of a different kind kicking off round eleven. Hong Kong FC, R&F and Glory Sky are all in contention for relegation this season, and the former two sides will face each other in a match of huge significance on Thursday night. All three sides will be keenly aware that the need for picking up more points is becoming increasingly crucial as the league approaches the end of 2016, with fixtures slowly beginning to run out.
