After the heartbreak last week for the Hong Kong representative team of failing to qualify for the 2017 East Asian Cup after a narrow 0:1 loss to DPR Korea, the domestic season kicks on and returns on Friday evening. Pegasus will not be in action this weekend having played a game more than most of their counterparts, but the remaining ten teams will all be eager to advance their own positions in what has become a tightly contested league, both at the top and bottom of the division.
