The continue wins helped Hong Kong to take an early lead in Group C. Fans are pleased by the great result and for sure, the team now holds more ambitions to seek a higher purpose in this Group. However, both China and Qatar, the two more favorite teams in the group, have players that are far stronger and taller than our previous opponents. They are all well trained and no doubt they will push us to our half by taking over ball possession. Hong Kong really needs to focus when defense as our opponents won’t miss the chance we offered like Bhutan or Maldives. Also it is substantial to improve our physical agility otherwise the team will surely be collapsed in the second half just like what Maldives did yesterday. Placing both Godfred and Christian as forward may be a good idea when facing stronger team. The two fast the strong winger will always threatening our opponents and they wouldn’t dare to push their line too front.

Thank you for your in-depth comment and analysis! Great to know that so many HK fans are backing the national team! You make some very valid points and the games against Qatar and China will be very difficult! Let’s see what happens.
