Home fans will be able to purchase tickets starting from 10 am on Wednesday, November 4th using the Cityline online ticket service (www.cityline.com). Regular tickets will NOT be sold via phone hotlines or store outlets. It can be expected that tickets will be gone within minutes, so be quick!
Tickets will be priced at HK$150 for adults and HK$50 for concessions (students and senior citizens). Personal details (such as ID number) will not be taken when making the online purchase, but are required when picking up the tickets.
For senior citizens and local full-time students (under the age of 26) a limited number of concessionary tickets can also be purchased at Mong Kok Stadium on November 4th. People purchasing tickets at Mong Kok Stadium will be required to show a valid Hong Kong identity document.
In view of the expected demand, ONLY TWO tickets can be purchased per person/transaction.
IMPORTANT: After you successfully bought your tickets, you have to redeem them at Mong Kok Stadium between November 9th and 15th from 10am to 8pm. You need to show a valid Hong Kong identity document. The ticket purchaser will also be required to bring the credit card used for the online purchase to complete the redemption.
All home spectators will be required to bring their valid Hong Kong identity document with them to the stadium on match day to gain entry. As usual there is free seating and fans are urged to arrive early to avoid delays. Gates will be opened at 5.30 pm.
Extensive security checks will be carried out at the point of entry and fans are asked to avoid bringing large bags. The above protocols will be strictly enforced on the night. Details will be set out on the tickets.
In observance of normal procedure, the HKFA has allocated 8% of the seats to ‘away’ fans from mainland China. These tickets will be distributed by the Chinese Football Association. Away fans will be segregated from home fans and will access and exit the Stadium via designated gates.
