I would like to follow up on the argument regarding the goalkeeper selection. 🙂 I suppose one may argue that Wang Zhenpeng has become a lot more reliable in recent seasons, but there is a reason that he is known as 膠鵬, a Chinese nickname making fun of his clumsiness in goal. However, regarding Tsang Manfai, there really isn’t a case on him being inconsistent, as the inconsistency meant by James wasn’t regarding form but goalkeeping errors. Perhaps I haven’t watched enough South China games, but I didn’t really see any low-level goalkeeping errors in any of them. I respect and agree with many of James’s judgments but I have to disagree here.
